CNC Pipe Bending Machine

The DW50CNC is a CNC pipe bending machine designed for accurate and efficient tube forming. With a maximum bending capacity of 1.97” × 0.118” round tube, Mitsubishi servo-driven feeding and rotary systems, and CNC touch-screen control, it provides precise and repeatable bending performance for a wide range of tube fabrication applications.

    Handles round tubes up to 1.97'' diameter * 0.118'' wall thickness, as well as square tubes up to 1.38''*1.38''*0.079''.
  • CNC Touch Screen Control
    PLC and touch-screen control simplify programming and provide convenient operation for different bending requirements.
  • Mitsubishi Servo Drive
    Mitsubishi servo motors control feeding and rotary movements for accurate positioning and repeatable bending.
  • High-Speed Multi-Axis Bending
    With up to 85°/sec bending speed, 200°/sec rotary speed, and 39.4 in/sec feeding speed, the machine supports efficient tube production.
